Kip has practiced as a CPA for over 35 years and is licensed in Virginia and West Virginia. He also is designated as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), is a Registered Investment Advisor and is accredited in business valuation (ABV). Kip is a founding member of Rutherford & Johnson, P.C., and is a managing member of R & J Financial Partners, LLC since its founding in 2014.

Kip is involved in a number of community services organizations and currently serves on the board of directors of the Winchester Medical Center and Valley Health System. He currently serves as treasurer and has been a board member of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival for over 35 years. He is a past President of the Winchester Rotary Club, Top of Virginia Regional Chamber and the Virginia Group of CPA Firms, Inc.

Brian has practiced as a CPA for more than 18 years. Brian serves his clients as a CPA, as well as a Registered Investment Advisor. Brian has been a Partner and Vice President of Rutherford & Johnson, P.C. since 2008, and has served as a managing member of R & J Financial Partners, LLC since its founding in 2014.

Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Certified Public Accountant since 2001, Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor, and has been designated as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the AICPA, which is indicative of his experience and knowledge in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management.

Brian resides in Winchester with his wife, Cindy and their seven children. He is a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and the Kiwanis Club of Old Town, and he also serves as Treasurer and on the Board of New Eve Maternity Home.
